After turning 50 😳, My goal and continued fervent prayer has been wanting my whole body, mind, and spirit to be ONE, each part healthy and working together, so that I can live my best life.

Being able to synchronize a person’s whole body, mind and spirit is fascinating to me. What a powerful force to be reckoned with if it really happened.

I’ve tried…to eat clean and do more targeted exercises, so that my body will be healthier than ever; to renew my mind by learning new things, having continual gratitude and serving others, so that my mental health is strong; and to pray and meditate more so that my spirit is communicating with God.

But, at times I would get overwhelmed, especially when I would watch reels on health and read anti-aging and nutrition articles. EVERYONE has their opinion on what true health is. Their overarching goal is to try and help you look and feel young again. If you take their pill or remedy it is the “Fountain of youth”

It wasn’t until I was reminded of 1 Thes. 5:23. I read it over and over again and memorized every word. And while I was taking a walk yesterday, saying it out loud, the words just came alive to me and peirced my heart. I began crying. I raised my hands in complete surrender and gratitude.

To know that God is continually sanctifying me and making me pure, undamaged, whole and is setting me apart to do HIS purpose is so humbling and freeing.

Life is HARD. Trials, trauma and toxic relationships can wreak havoc on your body, soul, and spirit, causing you to get out of rhythm. And then your body starts working against you and not for you. But GOD wants to heal you from the inside out and make your whole being pure and Holy.

Don’t look to this world for your healing, look to the one who created you. He will give you the perfect protocol for your own body. He is the best and only anti-aging doctor that can truly give you eternal results.

“Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you through and through [that is, separate you from profane and vulgar things, make you pure and whole and undamaged—consecrated to Him—set apart for His purpose]; and may your spirit and soul and body be kept complete and [be found] blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
